WPML Translation Dashboard Redesign
Over time, the dashboard grew into a powerful but fragmented system. Users could translate content, manage languages, control automation, and monitor costs, but these actions were spread across different mental models and disconnected UI patterns.
WPML Advanced Translation Editor Redesign
The previous version of the editor was powerful but difficult to use at scale. It relied on a multi-column layout, scattered controls, and unclear interaction patterns that slowed down both manual and assisted translation.

A complete redesign of the billing and payment experience for PTC (Private Translation Cloud), focused on clarity, system states, and reducing friction in subscription management.

WPML serves a large global user base with varying technical knowledge. A significant portion of support requests were repetitive, often caused by known issues, misconfigurations, or environment problems.

Before platforms like Udemy became the standard for structured online learning, Toolset needed its own way to educate users through step-by-step courses.
